DJ Iber presents employee training by author Ruthann Russo, PhD, JD, MPH, RHIT. This training program will teach your employees to be:

During the training session, employees will:

• Create their own vision and mission statements
• Develop a daily plan for achieving their health status goals
• Identify proactive ways to address typical healthcare challenges
• Establish their own set of healthcare responsibilities

A physician or nurse clinician assists Dr. Russo in delivering portions of the training program and responding to any clinical questions employees may have. The basic training program is a full-day session. Employees will receive:

• Membership to the Web site for ongoing complimentary webcasts and podcasts
• Initial assessment of strengths and weaknesses in each employee’s familiarity with health systems and health information.
